The Firearms and Explosives, Security Agencies and Guards Supervision Section (FESAGS) is now accepting the application for the License to Own and Possess Firearms (LTOPF) and Firearms Registration. The LTOPF is a License granted by the Chief, PNP through FEO to qualified individual to own and possess a firearm in which after called, Licensed Individual and Firearm registration is being issued by FEO that the firearm is duly registered and recorded.
Requirements in the application of LTOPF
1.LTOPF Application Forms (2 pcs);
2.Regional Trial Court Clearance
3.Municipal Trial Court Clearance;
4.Neuro-Psychiatric Clearance issued by the PNP Regional Health Service 5;
5.Drug Test and biometrics conducted by the PNP Regional Crime Laboratory Service 5;
6.Gun Safety and Responsible Gun Ownership Seminar from Accredited Gun Safety Instructor;
7.DI (Directorate for Intelligence) Clearance;
8.NSO birth certificate or valid passport;
9.Latest proof of billing (electricity, water, phone, etc..);
10.Two Government issued IDs; and
For Private employees: Certificate of Employment or Income Tax Return (ITR)
For Businessmen: Business permit, DTI certificate, or ITR
For Government officials/employees: Appointment order (latest), oath of office
For Military reservist: J9 Clearance/Reservist ID
For Active PNP/AFP/BMP/Coast Guard personnel: Appointment Order
For Retired government employees: Retirement order
For Senior Citizens: Senior Citizen’s ID

19th Training Course on Security Policy Entitled “Examination Global Security Challenges Relative to
The PNP PRO5 invites you to nominate one participant to the 19th Training Course on Security Policy entitled “Examination Global Security Challenges relative to Europe” to be held in Geneva, Switzerland from February 3 to March 27, 2015. The course aim to provide participants with a Comprehensive and Analytical overview of Global Security Trends relative to Europe.
To promote Gender Balance, GSCP is encouraging the nomination of female candidates. The candidate with the rank of PCINSP to PSUPT must have No Foreign Training, Seminar, Conference and the likes for the past two years. Tuition fee for this course is free of charge the same with living expenses and accommodation in Geneva which will be sponsored by the GCSP.
However, Travel costs between the Philippines and Geneva will be shouldered by the participants. In this regard, request submit name of your recommendee to the said training course to this office (Attn: RPHRDD/HRDDS) NLT August 14, 2014 subsequent submission to DHRDD.
