PO1 Applicants from Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur and Naga City are advised to report at the designated venue/s for the conduct of Initial Screening on September 11 to 12, 2014.

 

Following activities will be conducted to those applicants who submitted their application forms and likewise qualified in the pre-assessment.

In consonance to Sec. 4 (d) Article II of R.A. 10591 and Sec. 4.4 of its IRR the KASANGGAYAHAN GUN CLUB INC. is now conducting GUN SAFETY AND REASPONSIBLE OWNERSHIP SEMINAR to those applicants of License to Own and Possess Firearms. The Gun Club is authorized by Firearms and Explosive Office to conduct the said seminar in Region 5. The seminar is being conducted every Wednesday at PRO5 Firing Range, Camp General Simeon A. Ola, Legazpi City by KASANGGAYAHAN Gun Club Inc.

 

The Gun Safety and Responsible Gun Ownership Seminar is a mandatory requirement in the application of LTOPF which covers the Firearms Law, Fundamentals of Firearms Safety, Principles of Marksmanship, Basic Range Command and Range Etiquette, Examination and Actual Marksmanship Shooting in the Firing Range.

Application for License to Own and Possess Firearms and Registration of Firearms

ANNOUNCEMENT!!

 

Application for License to Own and Possess Firearms and Registration of Firearms is now accepted in FESAGS, PRO5, Camp Simeon A. Ola. Legazpi City.


The Firearms and Explosives, Security Agencies and Guards Supervision Section (FESAGS) is now accepting the application for the License to Own and Possess Firearms (LTOPF) and Firearms Registration. The LTOPF is a License granted by the Chief, PNP through FEO to qualified individual to own and possess a firearm in which after called, Licensed Individual and Firearm registration is being issued by FEO that the firearm is duly registered and recorded.


Requirements in the application of LTOPF


1.LTOPF Application Forms (2 pcs);

2.Regional Trial Court Clearance

3.Municipal Trial Court Clearance;

4.Neuro-Psychiatric Clearance issued by the PNP Regional Health Service 5;

5.Drug Test and biometrics conducted by the PNP Regional Crime Laboratory Service 5;

6.Gun Safety and Responsible Gun Ownership Seminar from Accredited Gun Safety Instructor;

7.DI (Directorate for Intelligence) Clearance;

8.NSO birth certificate or valid passport;

9.Latest proof of billing (electricity, water, phone, etc..);

10.Two Government issued IDs; and

For Private employees: Certificate of Employment or Income Tax Return (ITR)

For Businessmen: Business permit, DTI certificate, or ITR

For Government officials/employees: Appointment order (latest), oath of office

For Military reservist: J9 Clearance/Reservist ID

For Active PNP/AFP/BMP/Coast Guard personnel: Appointment Order

For Retired government employees: Retirement order

For Senior Citizens: Senior Citizen’s ID
