PSI RONY D ELPOS, ACOP, said that on December 13, 2016 at around 10:30 A.M at Brgy San Fernando, Prieto Diaz, Sorsogon, elements of Prieto Diaz MPS arrested Ricardo GABITAN y Solis, 61 years old and a resident of Brgy San Fernando, Prieto Diaz, Sorsogon by virtue of Warrant of Arrest duly issued by Hon. Judge Tito D. Diaz of MCTC Branch 54-Gubat, Sorsogon dated December 14, 2015 for Violation of Sec. 2, (a) PD 1865 docketed under Criminal Case No. 4038 with bail recommended fixed at ten thousand (Php10,000.00) pesos.

PSI ELPOS, also added that arrested person was apprised of his constitutional rights in a dialect known and understood by him and was brought to Prieto Daz for booking, documentation and proper disposition.
