PBGEN RAUL L BARGAMENTO, DRDA, PRO5 delivered a message as the Guest of Honor and Speaker during the graduation ceremony of the 154 young breed of police officers of PSFTP Class 2020-02 for completing their 6 months Field Training Exercise (FTP) and for the Opening of the Basic Internal Operations Course (BISOC) Class 01 to 02-2021R5 today, February 10, 2021 held in front of the PRO5 Grandstand, Camp BGen Simeon A Ola, Legazpi City.
