Dir. Arnel B. Garcia, CESO II, Regional Director of DSWD ROV graced the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony and the Distinguished Visitor’s Program as the Resource Speaker on February 15, 2021 in front of the PRO5 Grandstand, Camp BGen Simeon A Ola, Legazpi City.



Highlight of the activity is the awarding of PNP personnel for their exceptional contribution in the realization of the mandates of the organization. Medalya ng Kasanayan was awarded to PBGEN RAUL L BARGAMENTO; PCOL DAVID PEREDO; PCOL JESUS REBUA; PCOL PIERRE PAUL CARPIO; PLTCOL NIERME CAPULSO JR; PLTCOL RAYAN ADOR; PMAJ ALLAN CONCEPCION; and PMAJ MAY RENA MARTINEZ as members of the staff during the evaluation, validation, selection and confirmation of the applicants based on the Qualifications Standards set for the 2nd Cycle CY 2020 2nd Level Regular Promotion.

On the other hand, Medalya ng Kagalingan was also accorded to PCPT RYAN ADRIAN FLORES and PSMS Benjamin Turiano Jr who conducted initial evaluation of necessary documents submitted by the applicants if they possess the minimum general qualifications required for the position and other collateral requirements.

Their diligence, selfless dedication to duty and collective efforts had immensely contributes in the successful selection of the best qualified applicants to fill the allocates quota.

In a message given by Dir. Garcia, he expressed his gratitude to the men and women of PRO5 for the steady and constant support it has always provided to the activities of the DWSD. He also mentioned the forthcoming partnership of between the DSWD and the PNP in the furtherance of the delivery of various services to the people of Bicol.
