The MOA aims to strengthen the Police-Community Relations (PCR) Unit of Police Regional Office 5 by building stronger linkages with the various Departments of the Bicol University through the pursuit of relevant programs and projects.
This entails the exchange of expertise between the faculty of BU and PRO5 as part of knowledge transfer engagement for and during the conduct of research, trainings, seminars and other related activities. It also intends to facilitate easy collaboration thru the MOA, a research on Community Engagement Survey (CES), trainings and various peace and security services.
The activity also paved the way to recognizes values and life coaches for their invaluable and unwavering contributions to strengthen Christian faith of the men and women as attested on the organizations core values of being Maka-Diyos.
A memento and a plaque of appreciation was also given to Dr. Mascariñas for sharing his valuable time and wisdom as the Guest of Honor and Speaker in the said activity.

PBGEN BARTOLOME R BUSTAMANTE, RD, PRO5 and Dr. Arnulfo M. Mascariñas, SUC President IV, Bicol University inked a Memorandum of Agreement which coincides with the Flag Raising Ceremony on March 22, 2021 at the PRO5 Grandstand, Camp BGen Simeon A Ola, Legazpi City.
