Psycho-Social Intervention Activity for TD "usman" Victim
Police Regional Office 5 through the Regional Police Community Relations conducted a Psycho-social Intervention Activity for the affected families of Buhi Camarines Sur yesterday January 15, 2019 at the Sagrada Elementary School. In order to lessen the agony of the evacuees and address the traumatic experiences they've encountered last Tropical Depression "Usman", PRO5 lend a hand to the victim, hence they provided entertainment in a form of dance program and brief concert prepared by talented PNP personnel. Likewise, relief goods was turned over for distribution.
Peace Covenant Signing and Releasing of Dove for Peace

PO1 CY 2019 1st Cycle Attrition Recruitment Program
The RPHRDD PRO5 conducted the Height and Weight Measurement, Inspection of Tattoos and Physical Agility Test today January 10, 2019 for PO1 applicants for CY 2019 1st Cycle Attrition Recruitment Program. Further, the activity pertains to the resumption on the processing of the 1st Cycle attrition program wherein PRO5 has a remaining 84 slots to be processed out of the 100 allocated quota. The said activity was done in the presence of NAPOLCOM RO5 and assisted by the Regional Health Service 5.

Sorsogon Shooting Competition
PCSUPT ATTY ARNEL B ESCOBAL, Regional Director, PRO 5 attended the opening ceremony of the 4th PSSUPT MARLON C TEJADA, Provincial Director Sorsogon PPO Shooting Competition today, December 7, 2018 at Kasanggayahan Gun Club Inc, Brgy Bibincahan, Sorsogon City. Present on the event is Senator Francis Joseph G Escudero as one of the guests. The Shooting competition is divided into 10 categories with participants from the PNP, AFP, BJMP, BFP, NBI and PDEA. The two-day competition will culminate on December 8, 2018 which includes awarding of trophies to the winners to be followed by a fellowship night.

In commemoration of the birth of the Christ Jesus and with the purpose of instilling teamwork, Police Regional Office 5 launches its annual Belen Making contest. Posted is another traditional Filipino Christmas symbol, it is a crèche or tableau representing the Nativity scene. It depicts the infant Jesus Christ in the manger, surrounded by the Virgin Mary, St. Joseph, the shepherds, their flock and some stable animals and angels. Personnel from the National Headquarters headed by PDIR ERICSON T VELASQUEZ, Director, DIPO SL conducted Field Visit at PRO5. The activity includes briefing presentation on current ISO Threat Situation and Political Assessment in the AOR. Said briefing presentation were attended by the Command Group, members of the Directorial Staff, Force Commander of RFMB 5, PMFC/CMFC, Atty.
