"Kaliwanagan sa Catandungan: Share A Light, Win the Fight!"
Police Regional Office 5 under the leadership of PBGEN BART R BUSTAMANTE, RD, continues its disaster response efforts to alleviate the present situation of the communities affected by the Super Typhoon “Rolly” in the region.
As part of the efforts the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 5 headed by its Force Commander, PCOL JULIUS DANAO GUADAMOR initiates the distribution of relief goods and other essential supplies at the barangays of Bato, Catanduanes dubbed as ”Kaliwanagan sa Catandungan: Share A Light, Win the Fight!" today, November 10, 2020.
The personnel RMFB 5 Maneuver Platoons raised funds to procure items including pansit bato, pack of dried fish (tuyo), instant noodles, clothes and Solar Rechargeable LED Camping Light that shall serve as the torch of light during the night time while the entire province of Catanduanes still experiencing power outage.
Such initiative is a manifestation of the firm commitment of the men in service to lend a hand and extend help to our fellow Bicolanos to start over after the destructive effects of the typhoon. This unit shall also ensure that nobody fights alone in this battle.
Relief Operations-Brgy. Biyong, Tiwi Albay
Police Regional Office 5 through the through the Regional Community Affairs and Development Division (RCADD) delivered relief supplies to the residents of Brgy. Biyong, Tiwi Albay on November 6, 2020.
RELIEF OPERATIONS-Brgy. Gabon, Polangui Albay
Police Regional Office 5 headed by PBGEN BART BUSTAMANTE, RD, together with Police Regional Office 7 under the leadership of PBGEN ALBERT IGNATIUS D FERRO, RD, handed over relief goods to the residents of Brgy. Gabon, Polangui Albay on November 6, 2020.
The chosen area is one of the flooded barangays in the province of Albay during the typhoon.
As part of the activity, the aforementioned team rendered entertainment programs to help ease the discomfort that the constituents are currently experiencing with the aftermath of the calamity.
Relief Operation-San Francisco, Guinobatan Albay
During the activity a Psycho-Social Intervention program was conducted with the aim to provide entertainment and alleviate the suffering of the victims of the Super Typhoon “Rolly”.
Relief Distribution at Brgy Ilawod, Camalig Albay
The KASUROG Cops in partnership with Amigo Cops distributed relief items to the families severely affected by the Super Typhoon “Rolly” at Brgy Ilawod, Camalig Albay on November 6, 2020.
Ligtas na inuming tubig para sa Isla Catanduanes
Police Regional Office 5 headed by PBGEN BART R BUSTAMANTE, Regional Director, receives 200k worth of 7liters mineral water donated by the students of the Philippine Public Safety Colleges-National Police College on November 6, 2020.
Said bottled waters will be distributed to the communities affected by the Super Typhoon “Rolly” in the province of Catanduanes.

Tabang para sa Bicolano Hale sa "Amigo Cops" kan Central Visayas
Tinanggap ng Police Regional Office 5 sa pangunguna ni PCOL JEFFREY S FERNANDEZ, CRS, PRO5 ang iba’t ibang ayuda lulan ng BRP Pangasinan vessel mula sa Police Regional Office 7 sa pamumuno ni PBGEN ALBERT IGNATIUS D FERRO, Regional Director noong ika-11 Nobyembre 2020. Kasama sa relief items ay ang mga sako ng bigas, tubig, delata na personal na ini-abot ng mga tauhan ng PRO7 sa rehiyong Bicol.
Taos puso ang pasasalamat ng PRO5 sa pagbuhos ng tulong at suporta sa mga Bicolano upang harapin ang panibagong bukas ng mas matatag at buong pag-asa.

Ilaor, Oas Albay on November 3, 2020.
The community of Brgy. Ilaor, Oas Albay is one of the beneficiaries of the relief goods donated by Police Regional Office 1 in the region.

PRO5 receives 100k worth of grocery items from PRO1
Camp BGen Simeon A Ola, Legazpi City—In the spirit of volunteerism and modern-day baranggayan, Police Regional Office 5 receives one hundred thousand (Php 100, 000.00) worth of grocery items from Police Regional Office 1 on November 3, 2020.
The supply which includes bottled waters and assorted canned goods shall form part on the Pulis-Kasurog Food Bank which aims to provide relief goods and other essential items to people who have been affected with the super typhoon “Rolly” in the region.
