PNP Bicol offers Candle Lighting and Prayer Rally for the victims
In the advent of the All Saints and All Souls day, Police Regional Office 5 through the Police Provincial Office of Albay in partnership with other government and non-government agencies joined the Simultaneous Lighting of Candle and Prayer Rally for the eternal repose of all the souls of the victims of the communist terrorist groups.

PBGEN BART R BUSTAMANTE, RD, PRO5 together with the Honorable Francis "Chiz Escudero, Governor of Sorsogon, and the PRO5 Command Group during the launching of the Kasanggayahan Food Bank in Sorsogon Police Provincial Office inside Camp Salvador E Escudero on October 20, 2020.
The project is inline with the CPNP’s 9-Point Agenda, that shall serve as a supply depot where food and other essentials may be accessed in times of disasters and emergencies.
