10:50 PM, Sunday, October 30, 2016 at Zone 5, Balatas Naga City three drug personalities were arrested by the Operatives of Naga CPORoberto namely:
1.) Milano Jr y Villaflores, a.k.a. “Bobby Milano”, 45 years old, married, of said place;
2.) Alvin Jay Rubi y Gorom, 37 years old, married, of Zone-4, Brgy Concepcion Grande, Naga City; and
3.) Mary Joy Navarro-Vargas, 34 years old, married, of Zone-4, Brgy San Juan, Libmanan, Camarines Sur.

Joint personnel of RAIDSOTF led by PSI LOUIE ORDOÑEZ, CAIDSOTG led by PSI ALEX PEÑAFIEL and PSP2 led by PSI ROMEL T SANTOS conducted buy-bust operation that resulted in the arrest of the suspects and recovery of One (1) piece small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as “shabu”. Ensuing search resulted in the recovery of the following items:

From the Possession of Alvin Jay Rubi y Gorom
a. One (1) piece PRADA, color black wallet containing Two (2) piece small heat sealed transparent plastics containing suspected ‘Shabu”;
b. Cash of Php 605.00;
c. One (1) piece cigarette pack TM: Fortune;
d. One (1) piece transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as “shabu”;
e. One (1) piece small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu”
f. One (1) piece pink plastic container;
g. Three (3) pieces small heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected as “shabu”;
h. Two (2) blue lighters TM: LCC Best Quality; and
i. One (1) piece black Nokia cellular phone.

From the Possession of Roberto Milano Jr.
a. One (1) piece, color brown wallet containing assorted identification cards and cash amount of Php 550.00 including One (1) piece five hundred peso bill with serial number KM021267 found at the lower left side pocket of the worn short pants;
b. One (1) piece orange lighter TM: LCC Best Quality found at the lower side pocket of the worn short pants; and
c. One (1) unit black Nokia J1000 cellular phone.

The Inventory, markings and taking of photographs were conducted at said place in the presence of the suspects and mandatory witnesses namely: Mr Tex Agor, Media Representative; Aman S. Aquino, DOJ Representative; and Brgy. Kagawad Naty Rebellon.

Brgy. Sta Justina, Buhi, Camarines Sur, October 17, 2016,suspected drug peddler, Fortune Caoile, of legal age, married and a resident of Brgy. San Vicente, Buhi, Camarines Sur was neutralized in drug buy-bust operation by the PNP operatives..

Elements of Buhi MPS led by SPO4 Rey B Guevara, MESPO in coordination with PDEA ROV conducted buy-bust operation against the suspect inside the Sta Justina East Elementary School, Brgy. Sta Justina, Buhi, Camarines Sur.

The police asset together with the poseur buyer handed the Php 300.00 bill (Marked Money) the suspect senses the presence of some other operatives strategically positioned in a distance and thereafter drew his unknown caliber (homemade handgun) and because of imminent danger said operatives shot the suspect thus causing his instantaneous death.

Recovered from the suspects’ possession and control were the following items;
1. One (1) Two Hundred Peso Bill (Php 200.00) with serial number AF959133 and One (1) One Hundred Peso Bill (Php 100.00) with serial number MP786090 served as marked money;
2. One (1) open transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected shabu;
3. Four (4) small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu;
4. Four (4) pieces aluminum foil;
5. One (1) piece violet lighter;
6. One (1) suspected 12 gauge break open homemade handgun loaded with One (1) 12 gauge shotgun shell; and
7. Two (2) 9mm fired cartridge cases (recovered at the place of operation);

Further, a color black and blue RUSI MP W100 motorcycle with plate Number EA72802 used by the subject was also recovered and same was brought to Buhi MPS for verification of the document.

The search, marking/inventory and picture takings of the seized items and drug paraphernalia’s were made at the presence of the mandatory witnesses at the above-mentioned place.

SUBMISSION OF FOLDERS OF DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

The Sorsogon Police Provincial Office under the leadership of PSSUPT RONALDO R CABRAL, APD, intensified continuously the PNP’s Anti Illegal Drugs Campaign Project Double Barrel and OPLAN TOKHANG in the province. As of October 2, 2016, this office recorded 329 pushers and 2,349 users with a total of two thousand six hundred seventy eight (2,678) drug personalities who surrendered themselves in the different Police Stations.

The drug surrenderors were released after documentation and executing an affidavit of undertaking to attest their willingness to refrain from involving in illegal drugs activities again.

This notable number of drug personalities involved in illegal drugs activities who surrendered themselves to the authorities will not be achieved without the support of the community who gave reliable information to the PNP personnel in their respective areas.

Number 1 MMWP, Arrested in Pamplona

In line with the PNP Patrol Plan 2030, please be informed that on October 1, 2016, 11:00 AM at Brgy. Cagbunga, Pamplona, Camarines Sur, joint elements of Pamplona MPS and PIB, both of Camarines Sur PPO under the supervisio of PSSUPT WALFREDO PORNILLOS, Provimcial Director, arrested Arcadio De Belen y Quipayo, 53 y/o, married, farmer, a resident of said place by virtue of WOA issued by Hon. Judge Erwin Virgilio P. Ferrer of RTC Branch 20, Naga City for Rape Committed upon a Minor docketed under CC No. 2016-0634 with no bail recommended. The arrested person was brought to Pamplona MPS for proper disposition.

Joint personnel of Paracale Municipal Police Station (MPS), Regional Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Group and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, together with the media representative and barangay official of the said barangay, served the search warrant No. 03-2016 issued by Executive Judge Ivan D Dizon of Regional Trial Court, Branch 40 dated September 21, 2016, at the residence of the suspect Mario Gupo y Cabuntukan alias “Pareng Gups”, 34, with live-in-partner, jobless and a resident of Purok 3, Barangay Tabas, Paracale, Camarines Norte on September 27, 2016 at about 5:45 PM at said place.

Said implementation resulted to the arrest of the suspect and confiscation of the following items from his possession and control: one (1) piece crumpled aluminum foil (Totter); sixteen (16) pieces of assorted different sizes of open transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu residue; one (1) piece heat sealed small transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu; four (4) pieces of heat sealed small transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu placed in pink jewelry box inside the teddy bear; and one (1) digital weighing scale.

Arrested suspect and the confiscated pieces of evidences are presently under the custody of Paracale MPS for proper disposition. Meanwhile a criminal complaint for violation of Sections 11 and 12 Article II of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002) is now being prepared against the suspect for filing in court.
