The accused was arrested by joint personnel of Pasacao MPS; 83rd ID PA; Albay PPSC; and Pioduran MPS by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Rosita L. Laiwani, Presiding Judge, Branch 28, RTC Naga City dated November 22, 2016 for Statutory Rape docketed under CC# 2016-0863 with no bail recommended.
