Benjie Subito y Diaz, 27 years old, married, fisherman and a resident of Sitio Gaway-Gaway, Barangay Calong-ongan, Pio V. Corpuz, Masbate was arrested on january 3, 2017 at 3:30 PM by elements of Pio V Corpus MPS led by HARRIS H CASTILLO by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Honorable Arturo Clemente B. Revil, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 49, Cataingan, Masbate for Violation of Section 15 of RA 9165 docketed under Criminal Case No. 2948-16 with Php 10,000.00 bail recommended.
The accused was brought to Pio V Corpus MPS documentation and proper disposition, prior turn over to the court of origin.
