PCSUPT ATTY. ARNEL B ESCOBAL, Regional Director graced the inauguration and blessing of PRO5 Service Gate located at EM's Barrio, Legazpi City after the Flag Raising ceremony on October 22, 2018. The gate was constructed through the initiative of RD ESCOBAL, intended to be use only during command activities so as not to delay the entrance and exit of our visitors/guests while the ceremony is ongoing inside the camp.
