The CWAO is anchored under the implementation of the Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) which serves as an avenue to widen the understanding and capacitate the people as PNP continues its initiatives to end local communist armed conflict in Bicol.
The training was participated by RCSP CWAO 10-man team from Albay PPO, Legazpi City Police Station and RMFB 5, trained members of Community Intervention and Information Initiatives Team (CIIIT).
