Elements of Barcelona MPS led by PSINSP NEIL JASPER AGNOTE, ACOP, arrested Maria Hapa Dador, 58 years old, housewife; and Jose Gache Dador, 58 years old, jobless, both residents of Sitio Agoho Brgy. Luneta, Barcelona, Sorsogon at around 9:40 AM of March 20, 2017 at the aforesaid place by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Attempted Homicide with recommended bail bond fixed at Php 12,000.00 each for their temporary liberty.
Arrested persons were apprised of their constitutional rights in the dialect known to and understood by them and were brought to Barcelona MPS for booking, documentation and proper disposition.
Ross Templo y Atenta, 50, married self-employed and a resident of Moreno St., PurokUbas, Barangay Gubat, Daet, Camarines Norte voluntary surrendered to the personnel of Daet Municipal Police Station (MPS) on March 20, 2017 at about 9:20 AM.
Templo has a standing warrant of arrest issued by Judge Evan D Dizon of Regional Trial Court Branch 40, Daet, Camarines Norte for Acts of Lasciviousness in relation to Republic Act 7610 docketed under criminal case number 17982 dated February 27, 2017 with P 80,00.00 bail recommended.
Subject person is now under the custody of Daet MPS for proper disposition.
At around 1:30 PM of March 20, 2017 at Brgy Balogo, Sorsogon City, joint elements of PIB, Sorsogon PPO and Sorsogon CPS, led by PSUPT DIONESIO TANAY LACEDA, arrested Erwin Encio Desalisa @ Ataman, 38 years old, with live-in partner, jobless, and resident of Brgy.San Pascual, Bacon District, Sorsogon City by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Rape with no bail recommended.
Arrested person who was ranked number 3 Most Wanted Person of Sorsogon CPS was apprised of his constitutional rights in the dialect known and understood by him and was brought to Sorsogon CPS for booking, documentation and proper disposition.
On March 20, 2017 at about 7:15 AM, personnel of San Vicente Municipal Police Station (MPS) together with a barangay official and media representative, implemented search warrant number D-18-2017 issued by Judge Evan D Dizon of Regional Trial Court Branch 40, Daet, Camarines Norte dated March 13, 2017 at the residence of Alex “Kakoy” Duave y Sancho, 45 years old, married at San Juan Village, Purok 6, Barangay San Jose, San Vicente, Camarines Norte.
Said operation lead to the arrest of Duave and confiscation of the following items: two (2) pcs heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as Shabu; one (1) caliber .38 revolver without markings and serial number; eight (8) live ammunition for caliber .38; one (1) improvised caliber .22 pistol; and four (4) live ammunition for caliber .22.
Arrested suspect and confiscated pieces of evidence are presently under the custody of San Vicente MPS for proper disposition.
At Sitio Lagundi, Brgy. Buenavista, Irosin, Sorsogon,on March 18, 2017, at around 8:45 PM, suspected drug pushers, FERNAN BROCALES y POLO @ Enan, 24 years old, single, jobless and JOSHUA BAYONA y RODRIGUEZ, 20 years old, student, both residents of Brgy. Macawayan, Irosin, Sorsogon was collared during drug buy-bust operation.
The joint elements of Provincial Drug Enforcement Team, PDEA, Sorsogon and Station Drug Enforcement Unit of Irosin MPS led by PCI EDWIN C ADORA, conducted Buy bust operation that resulted to the apprehension of the suspects, after selling to a Police Poseur buyer one (1) heat sealed small transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as shabu, in exchange of One Thousand (1,000) Peso bill with Serial no. BF 620798 pre marked money.
The operatives were able to recovered and confiscates from Ernan Brocales possession, control and custody were the following:
1.) Four (4) pieces heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as Shabu;
2.) One (1) piece cellular phone model Cherry mobile touch screen with battery and sim card and
3.) One (1) unit Motorcycle Kawasaki Fury with plate number MC 6516 IZ with key used by the suspects in selling of illegal drugs.
The Lawful search, inventory, photographs, markings and documentation of the seized drug and non-drug evidences were done in the presence of the required witnesses in the person of Brgy. Capt. AMELIA NAÑOZ GACIAS of Brgy. Buenavista, Irosin, Sorsogon, and Media representative Mr. Rolando E. Narvadez of Radio Natin Irosin FM, Irosin, Sorsogon.
Arrested persons were duly apprised of their constitutional rights upon arrest and were subsequently brought to said station for booking and documentation and undergone mandatory physical/medical examination at Irosin District Hospital, Irosin, Sorsogon.
Confiscated/Seized drug items were brought to Irosin MPS for documentation and subject for Qualitative and Quantitative Laboratory Examination at PNP Crime Laboratory, Camp Gen. Simeon A Ola, Legazpi City; and suspects were subject for Drug Testing/Laboratory Examination while a case for Violation of Section 5 and 11, Article II, of RA 9165 is being prepared for filing in court.
The elements of PNP Anti Illegal Task Group conducted an anti illegal gambling operation at Zone 1, Brgy. Sagurong, Pili Cam Sur.
last March 18, 2017, 4:40 PM, Saturday and arrested the following persons:
1.) Lilia Badong y Garcia, 62 years old, widow;
2.) Norma Credo y Arandia, 63 years old, married; and,
3.) Alecia Bayrante y Arandia, 59 years old, married, all residents of said place.
The members of the Anti-Illegal Gambling Task Group led by SPO1 Arlene Mojica conducted operation that resulted to the apprehension the above-mentioned suspects, while engaging in a game of chance locally known as “Tong-its”.
The operatives were able to recovered and confiscate the following items:
a) One (1) set of playing cards;
b) Cash money which represents as money bet amounting to Two Hundred Sixty Four Pesos (Php 264.00); and,
c) One (1) piece of towel color yellow orange which serve as “Tapete”.
Arrested persons were apprised of their Constitutional rights by the arresting officer and brought to Beriña’s Medical Clinic for medical examination. Likewise, they were brought to Pili MPS for proper disposition and appropriate filing of case.
The joint elements of PNP Prieto Diaz MPS and BFAR conducted anti iilegal fishing operation on March 16, 2017 at Brgy Bulawan, Prieto Diaz, Sorsogon that resulted to the arrest of the following fishermen:
a. Eric Bahintin Domasig, 32 years old, married, farmer;
b. Jeffrey Domo Destura, 26 years old, single, construction worker;
c. Roland Destajo Eva, 29 years old, married;
d. Edison Dizon Barbin, 23 years old, married;
e. Bryan Deuna Barbin, 14 years old;
f. Name omitted for confidentiality, 16 years old; and
g. Name omitted for confidentiality, 16 years old, all residents of Brgy Bulawan, Prieto Diaz, Sorsogon
Team from Prieto Diaz MPS led by SPO1 Anthony P Ebuenga and BFAR personnel, while conducting seaborne operation apprehended the aforesaid violators while in the act of illegal fishing locally known as (Sodsod).
Upon investigators, suspects who failed to present pertinent documents for their fishing operation. Confiscated from their possession were 65 pieces of crablets and 3 pieces of fish net.
Appropriate case is being prepared by said office for filing in court against the aforesaid suspects.
On March 15, 2017 at about 6:30 PM, a robbery incident transpired at Greenbelt Subdivision, Brgy. Alawihao, Daet, Camarines Norte, victims were identified as: Andre Ilagan Puso, 49, government employee; and Angelo Azuela, y Yaba, 26, single, and both residents of said place.
Report submitted by Daet Municipal Police Station (MPS) stated that when Ilagan arrived home, when he caught the suspect Mario Mendoza y Gallano, 42, single, and resident of Purok 2, Barangay Alawihao, Daet, Camarines Norte inside his house, prompting him to seek police assistance at Police Community Precint 3 of said MPS and turned over the suspect.
Accordingly, said suspect gained entry by means of destroying the steel grills at the back window of the victim’s house and once inside took and carted away the following items: three (3) pawn tickets; grocery items; silver necklace and gold earrings, worth more or less P1,000.00, owned by Andre Ilagan; one (1) set of bracelet and earrings; and one (1) red Canon digital camera, owned by Angelo Azuela. Furthermore, same suspect also intruded that nearby house occupied by the other victim Angelo Azuela, who likewise gained entry by means of detaching the six (6) blades of jalousies at the front window of the house and once inside carted away the above mentioned items.
Arrested suspect is presently under the custody of Daet MPS for proper disposition while appropriate criminal case is being prepared against the suspect for filing in court.
Joint elements of Mandaon MPS led by PSINSP JULIUS I PRIMA, OIC, and personnel of LGU-Mandaon conducted seaborne patrol operation Seawater of Brgy. Maolingon, Mandaon, Masbate
on March 15, 2017 and were able to apprehend six (6) small fishing boat while engaging in illegal fishing operation with the used of fine mesh net locally known as “trawl”, to wit:
a. F/B G-GAJE owned and skippered by John Gonzales y Gaylon, 38 years old, married;
b. F/B TRIPLE-2 owned and skippered by Silver Bebas y MNU, 22 years old, single;
c. F/B JOHN-JOHN owned and skippered by Melven Relox y Rapis, 22 years old, single;
d. F/B ROVELYN owned and skippered by Romeo Salvador y Rubia, 39 years old, married;
e. F/B LEO owned and skippered by Leo De Asis y Relox, 37 years old, married; and
f. F/B EPOY owned and skippered by Vincent De Asis y Relox, 33 years old, single, all residents of Brgy. Lantangan, Mandaon, Masbate.
Recovered from their possession and custody were the above mentioned fishing boats used and fine mesh nets.
Apprehended persons together with the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Mandaon MPS for documentation and proper disposition. Appropriate case is being prepared for filing in court.
Three fishermen were arrested at Nagarao and Naboctoc Island, Placer, Masbate 11:30 AM, Tuesday, March 14, 2017 by the joint operatives from Placer MPS and MFARMC namely:
a. Ronie Garduce y Palacio, 27 years old, married, fisherman, and a resident of Brgy. Villa Inocencio, Placer, Masbate;
b. Adjun Binasbas y Cañete, 28 years old, with live-in partner, fisherman;
c. Sally Mangubat y Cañete, 19 years old, single; and
d. Ondo Apa y Cañete, 28 years old, with live-in partner, fisherman, all residents of Brgy. Batsan, Cawayan, Masbate
Joint elements of Placer MPS and MFARMC of LGU-Placer, Masbate led by SPO1 Gregorio L Almario, under the supervision of PCINSP NORLANDO F MESA, OIC, conducted a seaborne patrol operation at the municipal seawaters of Placer between Nagarao and Naboctoc Island, Placer, Masbate and were able to apprehend two (2) fishing boats while actually engaging in illegal fishing operation.
The suspects and motorized bancas together with the recovered two (2) kilos of assorted species of fish, twenty (20) kilos of scallops, and other fishing paraphernalia were brought to Placer MPS for documentation and proper disposition. Appropriate case is being prepared for filing in court.
Edmar Clacio y Rocas, 24 years old, single, and a resident of Purok 1, Brgy. Iberica, Labo, Camarines Norte, was arrested at Bong Alvarez Smart Padala Outlet, Daet, Camarines Norte
on March 14, 2017 by the elements of Labo MPS for crime of robbery extortion slapped against him by Julie Ann Caramoan y Soterio, 27 years old, married, and a registered nurse
At about 4:30 PM of March 14, 2017, the victim reported at Labo MPS that she was victimized by the suspect thru scamming scheme last March 12, 2017 and is again trying to extort from her thru text message. The suspect told the victim that he has in possession an alleged video scandal of the victim and he will expose it to the public through internet if she will not give what he wanted.
Labo MPS coordinated with Daet MPS and planned an entrapment operation after learning that the Smart Padala outlet that was given by the suspect was located at Daet, Camarines Norte. At about 5:00 PM of March 14, 2017, joint operatives of Labo MPS led by PO3 Kenji Bryan V Aure, and Daet MPS, initiated the said operation which resulted to the arrest of the suspect who was caught in the act while withdrawing the money at the aforementioned establishment using reference number 060313830437.
ACTION TAKEN: The suspect is now under the custody of Labo MPS for proper disposition. Appropriate case is now being prepared for filing in court.
At Brgy. Poblacion, Cataingan, Masbate, around 6:30 PM, Tuesday, March 14, 2017,the elements of Cataingan MPS, chance-upon, were able to apprehend, Jason Reyes y Apolo, 36 years old, married, jobless, and a resident of Brgy. Gahit, Cataingan, Masbate for illegal gambling.
Operatives from Cataingan MPS led by PCINSP ALBERT T ABAYON, OIC, while conducting visibility patrol at said they were able to apprehend the suspect while in the act of collecting bet money for illegal numbers games locally known as “lotteng”. Recovered pieces of evidence were the following, to wit:
a. Six (6) Lotteng stubs with jotted numbers marked “Lotto 1st 2” dated March 14, 2017;
b. One (1) Black ballpen; and
c. Cash money amounting to Php 250.00.
The arrested person and recovered pieces of evidence were brought to Cataingan MPS for proper disposition. Appropriate case is being prepared for filing in court.
Personnel of Viga MP,on March 13, 2017 conducted an operation against wanted person and arrested Hermelina Boragay y Belga, 69 y/o, married, a retired professor and a resident of Brgy. San Pedro, Viga, Catanduanes by virtue of WOA issued by Hon. Lelu P. Contreras, Acting Presiding Judge of RTC Br. 42, Virac, Catanduanes for the crime of Kidnapping docketed under CC No. 6168 with no bail recommended.
Arrested accused is presently under the custody of said MPS for proper.
Suspected drug trader, Reynante Ricafort y Cariño, 35 years old, married,a resident of Zone 6, Brgy. San Jose, Pili, Camarines Sur was nabbed by the PNP in a drug buy-bust operation at Brgy. San Jose, Pili, Camarines Sur last March 12, 2017 at about 1:55 PM.
The PNP personnel of Pili MPS, conducted a drug buy-bust operation against the suspect that resulted into his arrest.
Recovered from his possession, custody and control were:
1.) One piece of 500 peso bill with serial number GX-420166 as (buy-bust money); and
2.) One piece of one small size heat sealed plastic transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as “shabu”.
Inventory and markings of the seized items was done at the place of operation in front of the above-named suspects and in the presence of Sonny G. Basa Jr (media representative), Brgy Kgwd Fernando Samar and Brgy Kgwd Bobby B. Ortinero, as (elected official representative), all of Brgy. San Jose, Pili, Camarines Sur.
Appropriate case is being prepared for filing against the suspect.
